I was in the area of west haven and I want some Chinese food. The service was great and the prices were reasonable. I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken. It is supposed to be a little spicy and it wasn't. Food did not have that spicy flavor of Kung Pao. The sauce was almost like the one from beef with broccoli. My review was based on the plate. The people were super nice
Panda House West Haven on Elm Street is THE BEST Chinese food ever. The people are nice, they are polite and aim to please the customer. The food is so delicious and not greasy or overly salty. It's the only restarant that gets our business for whenever the time comes to have it. Yesterday, I had ordered chicken fried rice, and had asked that they put snow peas and broccoli in it. They put in plenty, and plenty of chicken too! You rock, Panda!!! Happy American New Year!
food is good and usually fast delivery , just they don't answer the phone at times
I've been coming here for quite a few years and I considered it my go to place when I lived closer. It's still quite good and reasonably priced. Probably my favorite place in the area. Reasonably friendly staff and prompt service. Wonton soup is really good.

If the Hulk wanted a meal, he could order from Panda House. My girlfriend and I, exhausted after a day of coffee talk and shopping decided to curl up with some chinese food and 2 bottles of vino. I swear, we ordered a normal amount of food and not only did it arrive within 20 minutes, but the portions were enormous! For some reason, I always favor east coast chinese food to west. The egg rolls are more like egg LOAFS and the lo mein was so flavorful and tasty (rich, garlic noodles) and the generosity with shrimpies had me crying with joy. Thank you, Panda House, for redeeming chinese food in my eyes. Oh, and the vino was great too.
